Company formation FAQ - Other directorships

If the individual or company that you intend to appoint as a director of a company is already the director of any other company, or has been a director within the last five years, these details must be provided. This is not the case for any of the following:

• a parent company which wholly owns the new company
• another wholly owned subsidiary of the said parent company
• a wholly owned subsidiary of the new company
