The following hard bound copy of corporate documents will be posted to you upon formation of your Seychelles offshore company: an original certificate of incorporation, a hard bound copy of the memorandum & articles of association, the first meeting of the board of directors, share certificates and a company register of directors and shareholders. Annual renewal fees for the government filing fee, for the provision of a registered office address and a registered agent, & filing of the annual return services are £290.00 - this will be due 12 months after the registration date of the company and will continue yearly thereafter.	£510.00
	Premier Package: International Business Company Incorporation in Seychelles. The government fee for registration, the first year's fees for a registered office address, registered agent and for a nominee director are included in the price of this package. The following hard bound copy of corporate documents will be posted to you upon formation of your Seychelles offshore company: an original certificate of incorporation, a hard bound copy of the memorandum & articles of association, the first meeting of the board of directors, share certificates and a company register of directors and shareholders. The general power of attorney signed by a nominee director (additional fee applies), pre-signed, undated resignation letter from a nominee director, and the agreement for the provision of nominee service and indemnification of a nominee director. Annual renewal fees for the government filing fee, for the provision of a registered office address, a registered agent, a nominee director, & filing of the annual return services are £560.00 - this will be due 12 months after the registration date of the company and will continue yearly thereafter.	£780.00
	Deluxe Package: International Business Company Registration in Seychelles. The government fee for incorporation is included in the price of this package; as are the first year's fees for a registered office address, a nominee director and a nominee shareholder. The following copies of corporate documents, will be posted to you upon formation of your company: a laminated copy of the certificate of incorporation of your company, a hard bound copy of the memorandum and articles of association, a hard bound copy of the minutes of the first meeting of directors, share certificates, and your company register. The general power of attorney signed by a nominee director (an additional fee applies), pre-signed, undated resignation letter from a nominee director and the agreement for the provision of the nominee service, declaration of trust signed by a nominee shareholder and indemnification of nominees are also included into this package.
